Clippers sink Potomac in Battle of Oxon Hill (Photos)

OXON HILL – The Oxon Hill High School boys basketball team took down Potomac High School, 67-61, on Feb. 20, 2020. The Clippers (18-3) managed to hang on after being outscored by 13 points in the fourth quarter, but Potomac (20-1) could not finish the job.

Oxon Hill guard Ronald Polite led all scorers with 23 points while Marlon Ellerbe and Malik Holland combined for 28 points. Potomac’s Corey Dyches led the Wolverines in scoring with 19 points while Jordan Beckett only missed one field goal attempt (6-of-7) and tallied 14 points.
