In their regular-season debut in their second home at Segra Field in Loudoun County, Virginia, the Washington Spirit could not find the final touch in front of goal as the Chicago Red Stars earned the 1-0 victory Friday night.
BETHESDA – The top team in the Cal Ripken Collegiate Baseball League took care of business Saturday night as the Bethesda Big Train survived a rain delay to defeat Silver Spring-Takoma Thunderbolts 4-2 at Shirley Povich Field in Potomac, Maryland.
The Spirit fall to the Red Stars 1-0 at Segra Field
The D.C. Grays shutout the South County Braves 6-0 in a rain-shortened game.
