PHOTOS: Parkville captures 4A Maryland boys hoops title, defeating Meade
Caron Smith scored a team-high 23 points while Josiah Legree added 22 as Parkville High School of Baltimore County won the Maryland 4A boys basketball state title, defeating Meade of Anne Arundel County 72-56 Saturday night.
With the win, the Knights (27-1) earned their first state title in school history.
Shawn Jones scored a game-high 25 points in the losing effort for the Mustangs.
